 FPA100 LOGBOOK (WEEKS 6) 5 MAY 2023 ACTIVITIES For this week, my class has done several activities such as field drainage and main drainage, replant seedlings, and adjusting our planting bed.This activity is carried out because they want to speed up the process of raising the plant beds and good water channels.This can reduce the water reservoir when it rains. That same week, our class transplanted trees to the plant bed. WEEKS 4 (LINING AND LIMING,SEED GERMINATION) This week, we have done several tasks namely lining and liming and seed germination. This lining and liming process makes it easier for us to raise the limit and soften the soil.In addition, we use some tools and a tractor. LIMING PROCESS After we were all done with the land clearing and plowing process, we continued the liming process. For information, the liming process is to neutralize the soil because if the soil is acidic it will cause our plants not to grow normally. The suitable pH for soil is between 5.5-6.5. This process can soften the soil for cultivation. This process is very important to ensure that the plot is measured with the proper area.
